"Case Studies" are published articles from trade journals that describe the business circumstances under which companies have decided to invest in sheeters, the criteria they used in the selection of the equipment and the benefits they realized upon the installation of the machinery.

The case studies are organized in chronological order, by the following MAXSON's product lines:

MAXSON DFK Sheeter
The DFK is MAXSON's mill duty dual knife rotary sheeter, providing the cleanest cutting action available. Capable of running both paper or board efficiently, it is outfitted with various productivity enhancing designs.

MAXSON MSP Sheeter

The MSP is the ideal sheeter for converters and printers wanting to maximize productivity and control product quality. It is particularly well suited for digital and folio sheet sizes.

MAXSON MSH Sheeter
The MSH provides the heaviest cutting loads available for a stationary bed knife design. Designed for larger converters, it can accommodate both short and long order runs.

MAXSON MSL Sheeter
The MSL is the medium production sheeter of the MAXSON family. Requiring a moderate investment, the MSL combines the facility of high speed operation with quick change over.

MAXSON MSS Sheeter

The MSS Sheeter is a universal machine that can withstand heavy cutting loads, yet handle light weight films. It is specially designed for short runs on different size set ups.

MAXSON MSE Sheeter
The MSE Sheeter is the cost effective alternative to purchasing sheeted stock. Designed for the small converting or printing operation that uses as little as 500 tons annually.
